I created Unhyped Health to simplify wellness. After 30 years in the fitness and wellness industry, I kept coming back to the same realization:
most people do not need more information — they need clearer systems.

ABOUT CARRIE DORR

I’m Carrie Dorr — creator of Pure Barre, O44 and the Unhyped Health Wellness Guides!

For over three decades, I’ve worked in the fitness and wellness space designing movement systems, building wellness brands, and helping people create healthier lifestyles.

I have always been interested in simplifying health rather than adding more complexity to it.

Unhyped Health was created as a place to distill wellness down to the foundational habits that truly support physical and mental well-being:
movement, real food, rest, emotional health, and environmental health.

Today, I live in Marin County with my husband, our three children, and our Labrador, where much of our family life revolves around healthy meals, movement, time outdoors, and creating calmer, more sustainable rhythms at home.
